90-Day Returns

You have 90 days (28 days for sale items) from the date you order your goods to return them to us for a Refund, Exchange, or E-Credit.

Provided we get them back in a 'Perfect Sellable Condition'.

How To Return an Item in the UK

Returning an item is as simple as 1, 2, 3. Just follow the steps below for a smooth return.

1. Please read the 'T&CS' below to make sure you are eligible to return an item. Aerosols (Spray Paint) cannot be shipped using this Returns Label.

2. Download, print off, and fill in the 'Returns Form'. (If you do not have access to a printer, you can write your instructions on the invoice.)

3. Download your Royal Mail label 'HERE'. (The cost of this label, £3.95, will be deducted if you opt for a refund.)
• Refunds via 'Royal Mail Returns' will have £3.95 (service charge) deducted from the refund.
• Exchanges using the 'Royal Mail Returns' are FREE. Over £25, we do not exchange items under £25.

You are welcome to use your own courier or postal service to return the item(s) to us. We advise you to use a fully tracked service so you know it has arrived safely. With Aerosols, we suggest using either Yodel or Hermes to return your parcel to us.

How To Return an Item to the Store

Items returned to the store can be exchanged for other items on the return day.

If you wish a refund, please download, print off, and fill in the 'Returns Form' and bring it into the store with your return. When you are in the store, we will stamp the form and give you a tear-off slip as a receipt of delivery. We will then forward the item(s) to the returns department on your behalf for processing, per the timescale noted above (10 days).

How To Return an Item Outside the UK

Returning an item is simple.

Read the 'T&C's' below to ensure you can return an item.

Download, print off & fill in the 'Returns Form', and send it back to the address on the Returns Form (You are liable for the cost of postage).

You must mark the parcel as 'International Return,
Returned Goods: Include the original invoice to avoid customs charges back into the UK. Any customs charges will be deducted from your refund.


Terms & Conditions

1. Returned Items must be in a 'Perfect Sellable Condition', with tags included.

2. Exchanges using the 'Royal Mail Returns' are FREE (Over £25, and items under £25 will have £3.95 deducted.

3. Refunds via 'Royal Mail Returns' will have £3.95 (service charge) deducted from the refund.

4. Aerosols (Spray Paint) cannot be returned via Royal Mail; you must arrange a courier to send them. It is a criminal offence to send Aerosols through the Royal Mail system, and Royal Mail will destroy any aerosols sent via Royal Mail.

5. Your 90-day return window runs from when you order to when it gets back to us. This time does not include shipping, so please ensure you ship in enough time to reach us by 90 days (Royal Mail can take up to 5 days).

6. Items sent back using our service are the customer's responsibility until they reach us; we are not responsible for missing items.

7. You may use one return label per order. Additional returns labels are charged at £3.95 each and will be deducted from your refund. Your order must be under 90 days old to use a returns label; using a label after this period will incur a £3.95 charge.

8. If we have to reject your return (ie no tags), or you are over the 90-day return period, you will need to pay £5 to have your item returned to you (after 30 days, we will dispose of the item to charity free of charge).

9. If an exchange is required for an item of higher value, the new item will be dispatched upon payment of the price difference. We will send the first size exchange FREE of charge within the UK. After an item has been exchanged, it cannot be refunded.

10. Once the returned goods have been checked and verified, your account will be refunded/credited, or exchange completed as per your 'request on the returns sheet', and in line with the terms of the 'Return of Goods Policy. Please be patient, as the whole process can take up to 10 days.
