Jacquard Paint & Art Supplies

Michael Katz began Jacquard, a small paint company, in the garage of the family home. It was the dawn of the 1980s when music, fashion and art seemed to meet head on. Jacquard began producing paint that was perfect for any type of fabric, including leather and rubber. It soon became an essential product for all types of handicrafts, helping amateur and professional artists express themselves in bold colours. At Fat Buddha, you can find a beautiful array of colours in Jacquard acrylic paint. The range is like a colourful rainbow, but it's the quality of Jacquard paint that you'll find so impressive. When Jacquard began, Michael Katz realised it was a necessity for the paint to be suitable for any kind of cloth including stretch fabrics. His meticulous research resulted in paint with a smooth, fluid consistency that held firm to strands and fibres. With Jacquard you're able to express your own unique sense of style. Use your imagination and decorate coats, t-shirts, jeans, or anything else. This opaque paint is also perfect for plimsolls and trainers. It can even be used as leather paint to adorn bags and shoes. Jacquard paint is waterproof and won't wash off even when put through multiple cycles in a washing machine. Michael's son, Asher, is now in charge of the family business. He grew up with his father's paint and often used it himself to paint designs on his band's tee shirts. Asher has a great affinity with Jacquard paint products. He relies on his first-hand experience of a lifetime's use to present loyal customers with more colours and potential for artistic design than ever before. So if you've got a creative project in mind, order your Jacquard paint, and we'll ship it free (minimum order value applies).
