The fabric took its name from a strong fabric called serge, which was originally produced in Nimes by the Andr's, a French family. The fabric became known as Serge de Nmes, which was quickly shortened to denim. Today denim is worn all around the world and never goes out of fashion.

The founder Mr Tsunemi had a real passion for the fabric, and after feeling disappointed by the over-priced and substandard denim being produced in his home country of Japan, he set out to create his own line of high-quality, stylish and affordable jeans.
